Arthritis patients respond very well and quickly to curcumin supplementation.

Given that curcumin is a strong anti-inflammatory, it creates sense that it could benefit with arthritis. Many studies show this to be true. In an experimental study of patients with rheumatoid arthritis, curcumin was more operative than diclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medication. Many other studies have looked at the effects of curcumin on arthritis and noted developments in various indications.
